Microsoft Translator: Speech Translation Made Easy For Deaf Students At RIT

Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York is renowned for graduating successful professionals who are deaf and hard of hearing.

RIT deaf student named Joseph Adjei came to RIT to study because of the communication access that is provided there. He stressed that people believe deaf students cannot do anything.

To keep up with the growth & the need for access services, RIT decided to use Microsoft Translator as an additional AI communication tool which can help RIT students on their journey to scale.
